We formulated GUT MANIFESTO using a probiotic complex and MCT Oil to improve absorption and enhance their effectiveness.

We opted for a blend of 6 probiotic strains with synergistic and holistic action.

Bifidobacterium longum — one of the most extensively studied probiotic species, naturally present in the human gut from the earliest days of life. It is associated with the maintenance of a diverse and balanced intestinal flora and is frequently included in formulas built around digestive comfort and nutrient absorption.

Bifidobacterium lactis — a strain valued for its resilience through the digestive tract and its long-standing presence in fermented foods. It is included here to support a well-populated microbial ecosystem alongside the other strains in the formula.

Lactobacillus casei — a probiotic with remarkable adaptability, able to survive across varied digestive environments, which allows it to establish itself in the intestine. It is particularly efficient at fermenting lactose, which makes it a frequent choice in formulas aimed at everyday digestive ease.

Lactobacillus reuteri — a distinctive probiotic that naturally produces reuterin, a compound it uses to maintain its own territory within the gut flora. It is one of the strains most often associated with the gut-brain axis, and it appears regularly in formulas built around inner calm and overall wellbeing.

Lactobacillus acidophilus — this widely researched probiotic supports the digestion of nutrients and everyday digestive comfort. Unlike many probiotics, it participates in the production of vitamin K and certain B-complex vitamins. It is also one of the strains most closely associated with feminine microbial balance.

Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus — one of the best documented probiotic strains in the world, valued for its role in maintaining the balance of gut flora, including during periods when that balance is challenged. It is also frequently included in formulas built around immune wellbeing and psycho-emotional balance.

According to recent research in this field, consuming probiotics together with a saturated fat such as MCT Oil supports their passage to the intestine, helping them withstand the acidic gastric environment. As a result, they are not only delivered efficiently where they are meant to reach, but also benefit from extended release.

The bottle contains 60 capsules for 60 servings. The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
