We formulated GUT MANIFESTO using a probiotic complex and MCT Oil to improve absorption and enhance their effectiveness.

We opted for a blend of 6 probiotic strains with synergistic and holistic action.

Bifidobacterium longum — an essential probiotic for intestinal health, helping to maintain a healthy balance of gut flora by inhibiting pathogenic bacteria. This bacterium supports efficient digestion, facilitating the breakdown and absorption of nutrients, which can prevent digestive issues such as bloating and constipation. In addition, Bifidobacterium longum has anti-inflammatory properties and strengthens the immune system, reducing the risk of intestinal infections.

Bifidobacterium lactis — this probiotic strain supports the balancing of gut flora by promoting beneficial microorganisms and inhibiting the overgrowth of harmful ones. Lactobacillus casei — a probiotic with special characteristics, capable of surviving and adapting to various digestive environments, which allows it to colonize the intestine and contribute to the balance of gut flora. It is particularly effective in fermenting lactose, assisting individuals with lactose intolerance (more than 7 in 10 adults experience some form of lactose intolerance). It can stimulate the immune response, reducing the risk of intestinal infections and contributing to overall health.

Lactobacillus reuteri — a remarkable probiotic that produces antibacterial substances such as reuterin, which inhibits the growth of pathogenic bacteria and supports a healthy balance of gut flora. This probiotic is also associated with a reduced risk of dental cavities and gum disease. Its benefits for mental health are equally noteworthy, as it contributes to the reduction of stress and anxiety through its positive action on the gut and its effects along the gut-brain axis.

Lactobacillus acidophilus — this extensively studied probiotic facilitates the digestion of nutrients, thereby reducing gastrointestinal discomfort such as bloating and constipation. Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus — a probiotic with special characteristics, known for its ability to help prevent and treat diarrhea — including antibiotic-associated diarrhea — contributing to the restoration of gut flora balance. By supporting and enhancing the immune response, it helps the body prevent and fight respiratory and intestinal infections. In addition, it delivers remarkable results in the area of psycho-emotional health. Studies demonstrate that this probiotic can help reduce the risk of developing allergies and atopic dermatitis, particularly in infants.

According to the most recent studies in this field, it has been demonstrated that consuming probiotics together with a saturated fat such as MCT Oil ensures their safe passage to the intestine, avoiding degradation in the acidic gastric environment. As a result, they are not only efficiently absorbed where they are meant to reach, but also benefit from extended release.

The bottle contains 60 capsules for 60 servings. The recommended daily dose is 1 capsule.
