Return & Refund Policy
At Biotiful Life, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their order. If you wish to return a product, please carefully read the conditions below.
1. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you, or a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier), received the products, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision within this 14-day period. The easiest way is to complete the return form available in your customer account. Alternatively, you may notify us by any other unequivocal statement, for example by email at office@biotiful.life.
2. Products eligible for return
Due to the nature of our products and for health, hygiene and food safety reasons, supplements and nutraceutical products can only be returned if they meet all of the following conditions:
- the product is unopened and sealed;
- the safety seal is intact;
- the product has not been used, tested or consumed;
- the product is in its original packaging;
- the product is complete, undamaged and in the same condition as received;
- the labels, protective elements and packaging are intact.
In accordance with applicable consumer protection law, sealed products which are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons lose their right of withdrawal once unsealed after delivery.
3. Products that cannot be returned
The following products are not eligible for return:
- opened or unsealed supplements;
- products that cannot be returned for health, hygiene or food safety reasons once opened;
- products that show signs of use, consumption or damage;
- products without their original packaging or with a damaged packaging/seal;
- products purchased from another retailer or platform, even if they are Biotiful Life / Biotiful Brands products;
- gift cards, digital products or promotional/free items, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
4. How to request a return
To initiate a return, please complete the return form available in your customer account.
The return request should include:
- order number;
- full name;
- email address used for the order;
- phone number;
- the product(s) you wish to return;
- reason for return (optional);
- preferred resolution: refund or exchange, where applicable.
After submitting the request, our team will review it and confirm the return instructions. To ensure smooth processing, we recommend waiting for our confirmation before sending the products back.
The products must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days from the date you informed us of your decision to withdraw.
5. Preparing the return parcel
Please pack the products carefully to prevent any damage during transport.
The products must be placed in a protective cardboard box or suitable transport packaging. Please do not send the product only in its original product box, pouch or jar, as this may be damaged during shipping.
Inside the parcel, please include either a copy of the invoice or the information needed to identify the order: order number, full name and email address.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned products arrive safely and in good condition.
6. Return shipping cost
The direct cost of returning the products is the responsibility of the customer.
If the return shipment is arranged through our courier service, the return transport cost will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer. If the customer chooses to arrange the return shipment independently, the shipping cost will not be reimbursed.
In case of a full withdrawal from the order, the initial standard delivery cost paid for the order will be refunded. In case of a partial return, the initial shipping cost paid for the order is not refundable, as the delivery service was performed for the remaining products.
7. Refunds
Once we have been informed of your decision to withdraw, the refund will be processed within 14 calendar days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided proof of shipment, whichever comes first.
Upon receiving the returned products, we will inspect them and notify you regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
If the returned products do not meet the return conditions described in this policy, the refund may be refused or reduced accordingly. In this case, the products may be sent back to the customer, and the additional shipping cost may be charged to the customer.
8. Damaged, defective or incorrect products
If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours from delivery, so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Please include:
- order number;
- photos of the product;
- photos of the packaging;
- a short description of the issue.
If the issue is confirmed by our team, we will offer either a replacement, where possible, or a refund. In this case, the return shipping cost will be covered by us.
This section does not affect your rights under the legal guarantee of conformity, which applies for a period of 2 years from delivery, in accordance with applicable law.
9. Returns outside the European Union
For orders delivered outside the European Union, returns may be limited or unavailable due to customs procedures, international shipping restrictions and logistical costs.
If your order was delivered outside the European Union and you wish to request a return, please contact our customer support team before sending the parcel back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.
