WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Check your order status
If you have created an account on our website, you can check your order status at any time by logging into your account at biotiful.life. If you don't have an account yet, you can create one using the same email address you used when placing your order.
Check your email
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. Didn't receive an email, or is the tracking code not working? Please contact us at office@biotiful.life or call us at +40 754 575 198. Also, make sure to check your spam folder so our emails are not being blocked.
SHIPPING & RATES
Shipping rates We apply the following shipping rates for all orders:

When will my order be shipped? Orders placed on business days are processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday to Friday.
How long does it take for my order to arrive? The estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the moment your order has been shipped. Delivery times may occasionally be longer during busy periods (such as holidays or promotional campaigns) or due to circumstances beyond our control.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
- Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct and complete when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
- The courier may contact you by phone prior to delivery, so please provide a valid phone number.
- If you are not available at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange a new delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
We take great care in packing your order, but if your parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at office@biotiful.life, including your order number and photos of the parcel and its contents. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
