It's not just for the gym

Creatine isn't just for men. It never was.

Queen Creatine Biotiful Life is an intelligent formula built for the woman who wants cellular energy, mental clarity, support for her muscle mass, balance through demanding periods, and a wellness routine that is genuinely grounded in science.

Because although creatine has been sold for years as a supplement 'for men' or 'for the gym', the reality is different: creatine is an essential molecule for every cell that needs energy.

creatina_6.png

Your body makes only half the creatine it should have

For 30 years the supplement industry built its protocols almost exclusively around young, 80 kg men. Women were not systematically included in the research, not because they matter less, but because differences in physiology were treated as inconvenient variables.

The biological reality is clear: women synthesize around 4.85 mmol of creatine a day, compared with around 9.64 mmol a day in men. Add to that a lower dietary intake and a smaller starting reserve of creatine in the muscle. The result is a structural deficit, one that deepens with the menstrual cycle, with pregnancy and with the transition to menopause.

Queen Creatine is the logical conclusion of honest research: a formula built for female physiology, with the right dose and the right technology.

The woman who chooses science knows that:

  • Creatine is not a "men's" supplement, it is an endogenous metabolite that the female body does not produce in sufficient amounts
  • The luteal phase raises phosphocreatine demand by up to 10%, exactly when reserves are at their lowest
  • Creatine's cognitive and bone benefits are proportionally greater in women than in men
  • A dose correctly calibrated to female body weight is around 3 g a day, not 5 g
  • Bioavailability matters: standard creatine partly degrades into creatinine before it reaches the cell

We invite you to watch the webinar "Everything About Creatine: A Guide for the Woman Who Chooses Science", hosted by Angelina Cozma, where you will discover why creatine is far more than a sports supplement: it is an essential nutrient for cellular energy, strength, mental focus, muscle mass and everyday feminine vitality.

It's time to rethink your energy

Creatine is not a shortcut or a stimulant. It is a molecule your body already uses every day, and one that female physiology is quietly short of.

The science of the deficit

Why women need more creatine, not less

Lower endogenous production. The absolute rate of endogenous synthesis in women is 4.85 mmol a day, compared with 9.64 mmol a day in men, a difference that persists even after normalizing per kilogram of body mass, and one that is greater than the difference in muscle mass alone.

Lower dietary intake. On average, women eat less than half the red meat and fish that men do. Daily intake from food: around 1 g a day in women, against around 2 g a day in men.

A smaller muscle reserve. A lower proportion of muscle mass means a smaller total phosphocreatine reservoir. On top of that comes the variability of the menstrual cycle: in the luteal phase, demand for phosphocreatine rises by 5–10%, precisely when the reserve is already low.

The benefits of Queen Creatine

Cellular energy and less fatigue

Queen Creatine supports one of the body's most important forms of energy: the energy produced and used directly at the cellular level.

Creatine helps the body rapidly regenerate ATP, the 'energy currency' cells spend when you need focus, movement, strength, endurance, or simply more stamina through the day.

This is why Queen Creatine is not just a sports supplement. It is support for the woman who wants to feel more present, more steady and more capable in the rhythm of everyday life. It is especially relevant in the periods when the body burns more energy: before menstruation, during stress, when sleep is short, around training, in perimenopause or menopause.

What this means for you: it supports the body's real energy, not artificial stimulation.

The benefits of Queen Creatine

Mental clarity, focus and working memory

The brain needs a constant supply of energy to think clearly, make decisions, concentrate and handle stress.

When you are tired, sleeping too little or going through a hectic stretch, the first thing you usually notice is brain fog: it becomes harder to focus, to retain information, to stay present.

Creatine supports the brain's energy reserves and can help maintain mental clarity, especially through demanding periods. For women this matters all the more, because brain energy can be influenced by hormonal fluctuations, by the menstrual cycle, by stress, by lack of sleep and by hormonal transitions.

What this means for you: it helps you sustain focus, working memory and mental clarity on the days you need to be at your best.

The benefits of Queen Creatine

Support for muscle mass and tone

Muscle mass is not only about how you look. It is essential for metabolism, posture, strength, balance, mobility and long-term health.

Creatine is one of the most studied molecules for supporting muscle performance and lean mass, especially when combined with movement and an adequate protein intake.

For women, this benefit becomes even more important after the age of 35–40, when muscle mass gradually begins to decline, a process that can accelerate after menopause. Queen Creatine can support the body in building and maintaining muscle tone, without meaning 'excessive bulk' or a masculine look.

What this means for you: it supports strength, tone and functional muscle mass, exactly what you need for a body that stays strong, feminine and healthy over time.

The benefits of Queen Creatine

Long-term support for bone health

Bones are not fixed structures. They are living tissue that remodels constantly and needs energy, movement, protein, vitamin D, minerals and a healthy metabolism.

Creatine can play an important role in supporting bone health, especially when paired with resistance exercise or movement that puts a healthy load on the bone.

This benefit is particularly relevant for women in perimenopause and menopause, when falling estrogen can affect bone density and muscle mass. Queen Creatine does not replace a complete routine for bone health, but it can become an important piece of a smart strategy, alongside movement, protein, vitamin D, K2, magnesium and a balanced lifestyle.

What this means for you: it supports the body where it counts in the long run: muscle, bone, strength and independence.

The benefits of Queen Creatine

Emotional balance and support in stressful periods

Your emotional state is not purely a matter of willpower. The brain needs energy to regulate emotion, to manage stress and to keep working steadily through demanding periods.

Creatine has been studied for its role in supporting brain energy and mood, particularly in women. By supporting the brain's energy metabolism, it can contribute to a better sense of balance, especially through fatigue, chronic stress, poor sleep or hormonal transitions.

Queen Creatine is not a treatment for anxiety or depression, but it can support the body from within, where cellular energy shapes the way we feel, think and react.

What this means for you: it supports a steadier energy base for your mind, your mood and your emotional resilience.

The benefits of Queen Creatine

Better recovery after exercise

If you do sport, pilates, weight training, running or cycling, or simply have very active days, your body needs resources to recover.

Creatine supports the replenishment of energy reserves in the muscle and can contribute to more efficient recovery after effort. That can mean a greater capacity to return to training, less of a sense of exhaustion, and better support for muscular adaptation over time.

In the Queen Creatine formula, taurine completes this effect through its role in cellular balance and in supporting muscle function.

What this means for you: it supports the body not only during effort, but afterwards.

The benefits of Queen Creatine

Support for inflammation, adaptation and general well-being

Periods of stress, hard effort, insufficient sleep or hormonal imbalance can all put pressure on the body.

Creatine, taurine and the other cofactors in the Queen Creatine formula support the body through several complementary mechanisms: cellular energy, osmotic balance, muscle function, recovery and metabolic support.

The formula is not built for a fast, superficial effect, but for steady, daily support. It is the kind of supplement that folds into your routine and works deeply, through consistency.

What this means for you: it helps the body work better in the real rhythm of modern life.

Queen Creatine vs. standard creatine

Not every product with 'creatine' on the label is equivalent. The difference lies not only in the quantity declared, but in the form of the ingredient, the quality of the formula, the texture, how it disperses in water, the taste, and how easily it fits into a real daily routine.

A standard creatine is, most of the time, a simple powder: creatine monohydrate, with no cofactors, no attention paid to the experience of drinking it, and marketed mainly around the gym, strength, volume and sports performance. It can be effective, but it remains a basic formula.

Queen Creatine starts from a different perspective. It was designed not just for training, but for the woman who wants cellular energy, mental clarity, muscle tone, recovery and daily support, with no stimulants and no exaggerated promises.

The formula combines 3 g of micronized creatine monohydrate with phosphatidylcholine from sunflower lecithin, taurine, MCT from coconut oil, malic acid and beta-carotene. Every ingredient has a clear role: supporting dispersion, texture, tolerability, taste and the logic of a formula smarter than standard creatine. With no caffeine and no artificial boost, Queen Creatine supports energy where it truly counts: at the cellular level.

Key ingredients

The Ingredients That Make the Difference

Every element in Queen Creatine is chosen for a reason, from the micronized creatine base to the cofactors that shape texture, taste and absorption.

Micronized creatine monohydrate

Micronized
3 g

The most studied form of creatine, in a practical 3 g dose for daily use.

It supports cellular energy, muscle tone and the replenishment of the body's energy reserves, with no loading phase.

Phosphatidylcholine

From sunflower lecithin

A phospholipid obtained from sunflower lecithin, with a role in the structure of cell membranes and in supporting the dispersion of the formula.

It contributes to the liposomal delivery technology and to more efficient absorption.

Taurine

An amino acid with an important role in cellular balance, muscle function and energy support.

It completes the creatine in a formula geared towards adaptation, recovery and daily use without stimulants.

MCT from coconut oil

Medium-chain triglycerides

A functional ingredient that contributes to the texture, the stability and the dispersion of the powder.

It helps the formula mix more easily and makes it more pleasant to drink, with no stimulant effect.

Malic acid

An organic acid found naturally in fruit, used here to balance the taste and give the formula its fresh profile.

It brings a lightly tart note and rounds out the tropical pineapple and coconut flavor.

Beta-carotene

Natural pigment

A natural pigment chosen to give the product a warm, pleasant shade, with no harsh synthetic colorants.

It contributes to the premium, clean look of the Queen Creatine formula.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

When and how do I take it?

Dissolve 1 scoop (10 g) in 300 ml of still water, ideally at room temperature, and shake well for 30–60 seconds so the formula disperses properly.

It can be taken at any point in the day: in the morning, after training, or in the evening with dinner. What matters most is not the exact timing, but taking it every day.

Does it work if I don't train?

Yes, for several of its benefits. The cognitive effects (working memory, mental clarity), the emotional ones (mood balance), and the effects on sleep, immunity and skin health appear independently of exercise. Studies in sedentary women have documented these benefits. Combining creatine with resistance training amplifies the muscular and bone benefits, but training is not a condition for the rest of the effects.

How long before I feel the effects?

It depends what you are looking for. The cognitive effects (mental clarity, less fatigue at the end of the day) are reported by most women after 7–14 days of consistent use. Strength and body-composition benefits become visible after 4–8 weeks. Bone benefits are cumulative and build over months and years.

There is no loading phase needed: 3 g a day, taken consistently, saturates the body's creatine reserves in about 4 weeks.

Why is the dose in Queen Creatine 3 g and not 5 g like other products?

Because 5 g is the dose calibrated for an 80 kg man. The ISSN recommendation (2021), the first official position dedicated exclusively to women, sets the correct dose at 0.1 g per kilogram of body weight per day, which works out at roughly 3 g for a woman of 55–65 kg. A larger dose brings no additional benefit, only an unnecessary metabolic cost.

Will creatine affect my hormones or my menstrual cycle?

Creatine is not a hormone, it is not a steroid, and it does not act as a hormonal substance. There is no solid evidence that creatine supplementation at usual doses has a negative effect on female hormones or disrupts the menstrual cycle.

On the contrary, creatine can be particularly relevant for women precisely because energy, tone and the capacity to adapt can fluctuate across the cycle, especially in the days before a period.

If you have a hormonal diagnosis, very irregular cycles, are on medication, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, we recommend talking to your doctor before use.

Does Queen Creatine contain caffeine?

No. Queen Creatine contains no caffeine and is not a stimulant pre-workout. You can take it flexibly, to suit your daily routine.
