Products & formulation

What makes Biotiful Life different from other supplement brands?
Three things: bioavailable forms (the molecular form your body actually absorbs), clinical doses (the amounts used in published research, not a tenth of them), and zero fillers (no titanium dioxide, no magnesium stearate, no artificial colors). Every formula is designed as a biochemical system — actives together with their cofactors.

Where are the products made?
All products are formulated and produced in the European Union, under EU food-safety standards, and every batch is tested by independent laboratories for potency, heavy metals and microbial safety.

Are the products non-GMO / soy-free?
Yes. All raw materials are non-GMO and traceable. Where phospholipids are needed, we use sunflower instead of soy. Check each product page for its full ingredient list and allergen information.

Can I take several Biotiful Life products together?
The formulas are designed to be complementary. For personalised combinations — especially if you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or manage a health condition — consult a qualified healthcare professional first.

Are supplements a replacement for a healthy diet?
No. Food supplements complement a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle — they never replace them, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Orders & shipping

Where do you ship?
We ship to the countries available in the country selector at checkout, across the European Union and selected international markets. Shipping costs and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed on business days and shipped as quickly as possible. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your parcel ships. Estimated delivery times per region are shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?

Returns & refunds

What is your return policy?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for unopened, sealed products, in line with EU consumer law. For hygiene and food-safety reasons, unsealed supplements cannot be returned. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Contact us within 48 hours at office@biotiful.life with your order number and photos of the parcel and product. We will replace the product or refund you — shipping on us.
